How do I make an enquiry about a product listed on the website?

You can enquire about any product shown on our website by contacting the On Course Head Office by email at info@oncoursegolf.com.au or with a freecall to 1800 358 990. You can also choose to contact your nearest store direct. To find your nearest store search our store locations on the menu bar.

What happens if I purchase a product online that is sold out?

All listed products are updated on a regular basis to ensure accuracy. However if an item is sold out we will contact you directly to explain the situation and endeavor to source your purchased item from another of our many stores. If a replacement cannot be found we offer several alternatives, one of which is a refund.

What happens if an error is made on the website?

Although we take every precaution when displaying information regarding products online, occasionally there are mishaps. If an order is placed for a product which was mistakenly placed on the website, or if the description or price of a product ordered is incorrect, we will contact you directly to offer you several alternatives, one of which will be a refund.

How can I make a purchase through your website?

Click the "Shop Online" option on our menu bar to enter our Online Shop. Here you have the option to search for products by category (ie. Balls, Bags, Club...) or Brand. When a selected page loads you will see a list of products and prices clearly marked. To purchase a product simply click on the product, which will bring up a page showing the products full details, select any options/specification needed, enter the quantity desired and finally click "add to basket". After placing a product in your basket you have the choice of returning to the online shop to continue shopping or proceeding with your current order. When you choose to "proceed" you will be asked to fill in your personal details including a postal address for delivery purposes. You will then be taken to a secure page where you can safely enter your credit card details. Once this process is complete the website will give you a total price for your order including GST and delivery charges (If Applicable). All prices quoted on our web page are in Australian dollars. You will then receive confirmation that your order has been placed.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes as soon as your credit card is accepted.

How soon will I receive my order?

Our aim is to have all orders dispatched within 48 hours of the initial order. However delivery can take up to a week for some capital cities and up to two weeks for some country areas. I'm looking to purchase a product not listed on your website. Can you order it in for me? Most likely, yes. Please click here and enter the details of the product you are after. How do you calculate Freight?

Your shipping amount is determined by the size of the product you are purchasing and your postcode.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship internationally.

I’m unsure about shopping online?

If you feel unsure about shopping and using your credit card online, please don't feel obligated to try without first contacting your credit card supplier. They can provide you with information about internet security and how they protect you from losses due to internet or other credit card fraud. We also offer the option to place phone orders or you can always visit one of our many stores around Australia. Do I need a credit card to complete my purchase?

For all online sales a credit card is necessary, however you can place orders by contacting one of our stores direct and pay with cash or a debit card when you pick the product up. Otherwise you could simply visit one of our stores and purchase the product in person.

What types of Credit Card do you accept?

Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Do you accept cheques?

No.

We respect the privacy of all our customers and ensure that all information provided will remain confidential. For more information please refer to our privacy policy at the bottom of this page.

What is your returns policy?

All faulty products are to be returned to the issuing store for a full refund, which includes return freight charges. Any non-faulty products can be returned to the issuing store for a complete refund within a 30 day period, as long as the product is in pristine condition with all of the accessories and original packaging intact. However a return in freight charges will not be issued here. All products, unless noted otherwise, are sold with a full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and service varies between manufacturers.

I'm an On Course Privilege Card Holder. Do I get a discount?

Unfortunately we cannot offer a discount for online purchases to our Privilege Card Holders. All items listed on our website are keenly priced, most already discounted from our in-store prices.
